Information at rest has little power. Education converts information to knowledge, and the creation of such knowledge has the power to drive organisations. The Mid-Western Health Board is committed to its role as an educator, and the Institute aims to support the creation and development of the learning organisation. The Institute's major objective is to furnish individuals with the qualifications and the skills they require to deliver services of the highest quality, across the community.
