	Who do I submit my power point presentation to?
	You have to send your power point presentation to maurice.donoghue@ul.ie three days prior to the meeting.
	My power point presentation file is too big to e-mail.
	You must send it by post on a CD to Maurice Donoghue, c/o Biomedical Engineering Research, Department of Mechanical & Aeronautical Engineering, University of Limerick, Castletroy, Limerick. maurice.donoghue@ul.ie 061 202369 three days prior to the meeting.
	Can I bring my presentation for downloading on the day?
	No. We need the abstracts submitted three days prior for system checks and to ensure that there are no problems with them. This also is the main contributor for time delay at the meeting.
	What dimensions should my poster be?
	It should be 1m x 1m and the poster MUST be erected on the Friday afternoon of the meeting.
